You know, passively watching people tear each other apart because one side is convinced it's hateful to even remotely critique or lash out at a larger creator who happens to have a marginalized identity. No internet discourse is without one side, or both for that matter, being aggressive and emotional but I think most people will be emotional if they're called a bigot for speaking up about a creator who has thousands upon thousands of followers being dismissive and/or hostile towards a case of abuse. Enablers never tend to get justice or proper action against them seeing as it's extremely easy for them to run into the crowd of their followers and weep in order to weaponize said following against them.

I've opened my eyes as of late to accounts with about 2k followers orbiting these people and snidely accusing people of defamatory things for speaking up against creators they don't agree with. It's hard to phrase this in a way that won't be twisted by perhaps the one other person who will stumble onto this journal in bad faith, but just because you are apart of a marginalized community does not make you exempt from people not... Liking you for reasons outside of your identity.

For instance. I'm nonbinary & autistic. If I was a big creator with a huge following in this scenario, these people orbiting me would snidely call everyone who remotely is critical of my hostile behavior as 'enbyphobic' or 'ableist', when nobody is spouting slurs at me or even bringing it up. So now infighting occurs and, instead of telling people to stop engaging with the people critical with me, I say nothing and let them begin to spew slurs and threats at the other side without trying to tone it down.

Do you realize how ridiculous that sounds? People can't let things peter off, they have to run it into the ground. You can say both sides are bad in their own ways but one side has one person who has 2k followers at most, going up against someone with 20k followers. It's clear it doesn't matter who's wrong or right in the eyes of the 20k people.
